after all the stress i had in uni and home...
is time for de-stress.....

n for ladies....the best medicine for stress is...
SHOPPING!!!

went shopping with rae and theresa...new shopping gang!

both me and theresa got something for ourselve except for rae...poor girl...hehehhe
i got a cute dress from little black book...
but a bit regret for not walking back to the 1st shop to buy the belt i saw which is quite suitable for the new dresss...

i just dunno y...i hav more interest in buyin dresses when it comes to these places...
suppose to look for more blouse...but in the end still got a dress...
haih...
anyway...happy that i got something... :D

then...after shopping...we drove to midvalley for tea...where we had it in deliCIOUS!
yea...back to our fav cake...the CARROT CAKE...

the funny thing is...the waiter who serve us is actually my friend!
at first...i wasnt looking at her...
but...i caught a glance of her face...then her name tag...
then...thinking...
"eh...arent that my friend's name?
then see properly...AH! is shireen!
unbelievable...the voice has totally change! cant recognize her voice at all!
but still kinda look the same la.. :)

ok...after deliCIOUS...me n rae went shopping around while theresa had to go buy dinner for her family...
well...actually rae did bought something...a bag tagger...which i got one too...

n finally went home around 9pm...

i think i am getting old...feels tired after a loooooooong day out...hahaha

ps: btw...nice shopping with theresa...all 3 of us kinda clicked! :P

after almost 5 months++ worth of hard work...
me and rae finally make it for the cme concert!!!!

to me...it is a memorable moment...as this is my 1st time being the performer in the concert...
also...all my time and money spend on this piece has definately give me satisfaction...

how was the performance?
pretty good i think...but we still did the same mistake we did in the accessment which is not ending together...
hahahha...
but even our jurers didnt notice the mistake...
so who cares! hehehe

early in the morning...i received a msg from a friend...
a sad one...
i really dont know wat to reply...
n tears just fell down from my eyes..

unforgetable experience!

today...the whole performance practice class was lucky as we get to try on the
HARPSICHORD, STEINWAY & SON PIANO and also the CELESTA!
1st time in my life i got to play on a real harpsichord...
most importantly...it totally change the view on wat kind of sound that a harpsichord can produce...
incredible! before today...i thought harpsichord cant play nice legato line...
but that is so not true!
it produce beautiful melodic line...

Steinway...the quality of sound produce by steinway is irresistible...
beautiful and warm...
wish i could owned one next time...
n for me to do that...i need 600k!!! OMG...
also one interesting thing...the touch is not as heavy as i thought...
it was just nice...not too heavy not light as well...
ah~~~~

as for the celesta...the sound produced is just so suitable for light and sweet song...again...beautiful sound...

glad that i am in this class...
or else i wont hav chance to play on these wonderful instruments... :D

reminder for myself: dont play too fast... @_@

cant wait for the sem to end...

i need a BREAK!
i want everything to come asap n finish asap...
just finish my AMUS FIRST paper...

so for this week..
the only left is my concerto which is on thurs...
a bit scarry in a way...
i am still not very use to playing with my lecturer...
n also...certain parts...speed is a problem...

so hopefully i can pull through this thurs recital...
